- Property information relevant to a valuation or transaction — property address, ownership, and details you share with us.
- Messages and inquiries you send us by web form, email, call, or text.
- Basic website analytics (e.g., pages visited), used only to improve the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide commercial real estate brokerage and advisory services.
- To send you the text messages you have opted in to receive (property valuations, off-market opportunities, listings, and service updates).
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
SMS / text messaging program
When you opt in to our SMS program (by texting VALUE to 954-799-5029 or by giving us your number and agreeing to be texted), we collect your mobile number and your consent in order to send you messages. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Message frequency varies (up to ~4 msgs/month); message and data rates may apply. Your mobile opt-in is never shared. No mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in/consent data — will be sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties for any purpose other than delivering the messages you requested.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, our SMS/telephony provider (Twilio) to deliver messages and calls, and email providers to respond to you. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention & security
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP at any time to opt out.
- Email/contact: email us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
