Program name: Brick by Brick Realty Property Alerts. Brick by Brick offers this SMS program so property owners and prospects can receive information about property valuations, off-market opportunities, listings, and brokerage services. By opting in, you agree to the following:
Program & opt-in
- You opt in by texting the keyword VALUE to 954-799-5029, or by providing your mobile number to us and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages.
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using our brokerage services.
Message frequency & rates
- Message frequency varies; you will receive up to approximately 4 messages per month, plus messages in direct reply to you.
- Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan.

- Text HELP to 954-799-5029 for assistance, or contact us at offmarket@brickbybrickcre.com.
- Text STOP to 954-799-5029 at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending messages, except as required by law. To rejoin, opt in again.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others; carriers are not responsible for the program's content.
3. Privacy
Your use of our services and the SMS program is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Notably, mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
